How it works

  • Initial assessment: We start with a thorough assessment of your relationship, identifying strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborative dialogue: Both partners are encouraged to express their perspectives, while the therapist facilitates constructive and respectful communication.
  • Conflict resolution skills: We teach techniques to help resolve conflicts in a healthy manner, improving your ability to work through challenges together.
  • Actionable plans: Sessions will end with actionable steps and strategies that you can implement to improve your relationship between meetings.
